The village of Les Masses has a small shop which has a very good selection of basic groceries, fresh bread, wine, fruit and vegetables and a delicatessen counter selling a good range of cheese and cold meats. There is a nice restaurant (pictured on the right) near the shop with an extensive menu including Swiss specialities such as fondue and rosti. There are a variety of other shops and restaurants in the villages of Les Collons and Heremence, both a 5 minute drive away. You can obtain your lift pass from the Agence Les Masses office situated next to the shop and close to the chair lift. To hire skis and boots you need to drive to Les Collons, 5 minutes away by car, where there are two hire shops. You will also find the ski school in Les Collons
